Newbie here, looking to set up my first seedbox. I was going to go to dtsleech, but everything they have under the Pro range is "out of stock".
Looking for something inexpensive that allows public trackers, at least for downloading.

pulsedmedia.com allows public torrents. From what I've read on other forums they have also moved most, if not all, of their shared seedbox servers out of OVH.
