Have you tried the Bitspyder IRC first? I think that would be your best bet!
i tried , every time i tray the browser showing me a message the application that i'm going to open is not secure i think it's a java problem

Then use a proper IRC client to join their support channel: irc://irc.bitspyder.net/bitspyder
Creating a new account isn't the way to go.
