You didn't understand the question. I'm not trying to find a place to download the release.
I'm wondering how WEB-DL has been released when its not being released to the iTunes(At least not in US(Pre-order)) (**iTunes is the source of the WEB-DL release of Prisoners)
So the question is do you know how it has been released or for which country iTunes released it to?
