Any Free usenet provider

Sorry if this is a repeat but does anyone know of any free usenet providers. I used to use DSL Extreme and they had their own usenet providers but recently switched to cable modem internet but Cox communication discontinued using usenet so I may have to now pay for usenet provider... :(

Thanks abunch piercerseth. That's exactly what I was looking for. A friend also just told me about xsusenet.com. I guess most have short retention policy but that's probably expected for free usenet service... :)
