Supernews down

Hi,

Anyone having troubles with Supernews?

Last night I was downloading fine, left it going overnight, woke this morning to find it stalled. Tried a few news programs, the server authenticates OK but never downloads.

I've tried the usual system / router rebooting but does the same thing. I've tried using SSL and non-SSL over both the EU server and the global one.

My internet seems to be working fine, pages are loading etc.

I have tried submitting a support query n Supernews website but it tells me access forbidden. My account is active, I can log into it and my invoice status shows live until 01/08/14.

Still experiencing this.

No one else having issues?

I've been having similar problems with Easynews the last few days - no idea if it's down to them or my ISP (Virgin Media) playing with new throttling malarkey.
