nzpre settings for newznab?

Anyone out there willing to share nzpre settings for newznab? I have a personal NAS setup locally on my network (just working within my local LAN) and would like to add the nzpre to my server so I can know automatically what releases are nuked. Not sure why they guard this info. I also know I could just check "manually" on the many pre sites, but why when I could automate? Thanks to anyone out there that can help.

Would be happy with a personal PM with this info if there shouldn't be any "public" share.
