Far Cry 4. Hurk DLC. Why do I have this already?

Reloaded put out a far cry release a while ago. Now, a new DLC/add-on was released the Hurk Deluxe... Everything that was in the Hurk DLC 5 new missions, new guns... This was in the reloaded release from november. Anyone else see this? Anyone else getting "new" anything from this DLC? If not, where is the day-one-dlc outrage that decimated Mass effect? They are releasing a dlc Jan 26 2015 as a product, but it was in the game from November 2014!!? Some one give me a heads up because I am missing it...
