It's so common that I almost take for granted how bizarre it is to have security cameras running on the outside of a residence. It's like explaining God to a post-Mao Chinese mainland farmer.

Anyways, ask Meg about it. Also note that cameras on the outside are always accompanied by guns on the inside.
