Windows 7. The lack of a classic theme on 8.1 was one of the reasons I didn't upgrade. There are patches to reenable it, but they break so many things it wasn't worth the ordeal.

Genius like you still hanging on Win 7? No complaints with the OS but still........
So true Anon. I've patched like 100 different files on the core Windows directory and registry, and if I ever want to revert, I'll have re-format the whole thing from the scratch. In the next format I'll be aiming to create a theme like yours for Win 8, focusing on performance.
Does Win Powershell Ver 5 works on Win 7?
