How to increase Bittorrent downloading speed ?

Hi , I'm new here :) I wana ask how to increase bittorrent speed ? :unsure:

Become connectable. Use good settings. Download torrents with lots of seeds, or even better seedboxes. Get faster internet connection.

Cant add anything specific as you give no details and dont even really know what you are asking... :P

The only way that I know to increase Bittorrent downloading speed connection is to set your download limits. Otherwise for more information you may check this : https://torrentfreak.com/optimize-your-bittorrent-download-speed. I'm also reading it right now.
