There seems to be a bit of confusion with regards what the one called manker does for a living.
Personally I think the most likely thing is Fluffer, based on his posts over the years though I could be wrong.

I have engaged with him semi-professionally, but I'm at a loss when it comes to putting the experience in to words.
I heard he got fired from his job as a fluffer. Seems he was too skilled and efficient. Actresses were complaining he was taking the bread and butter from their mouths. Mostly the latter...
Lads, fluffers are myths. I read it somewhere on a reputable website ending in 'tube.com'.
It's a cunning invention to get blokes to enter a career where no other side benefits exist.
