14 days retention is it worth my time?

Hello, i have zero experience with usenet.
I can get free 10 days retention usenet account @ 2mbit (here). Can it be anyhow useful to me?

I use it for a backup after I set up Sonarr or Sickbeard, it's grabbing stuff as it pops up so I don't have to worry about retention.
