How many connections on home WiFi 1Mbit/s? How many DC++ hubs connected at a time?

having Windows 10 and regular Wifi home internet with 10 Mbit/s upload and 10 Mbit/s download

how many DC++ hubs is advised i connect at a time?

How many connections per time period one connected hub makes? Or how many connections when i search?

What might be reasonable maximum connections count i should initiate as a home wifi user so my ISP do not start being concerned that i am abusing the service /breaking TOS?
