Lost DONATOR status after cache clear on browser

To whom it may concern,

I recently lost my DONATOR status somehow after 6+ years after a recent clear of my browser cache and history. Thus i am limited to the 2 downloads to the NZBs. So when i login now, im back to "noob" status"

Please let me know how to rectify if at all possible. Can provide paypal email i initially used and date i joined

I have just checked your account. Your last donation was made on May 2017 and you chose the three year deal, which naturally expired on May of this year. If you somehow managed to retain your extra privileges since then, that was the forum glitching out in your favor :turned:
