TorrentLeech is opening for signup now, and also a general site.

FL.io is fairly difficult to obtain outside recruitment threads. Only VIPs can generate invite codes, and you can only become VIP by donating or spending a huge amount of bonus points a.k.a. coins. The only exceptions are during the tracker's birthday celebrations and extremely rare instances when they lift the class restriction on invites (only happened twice in the 11+ years I've been a member).

TL and IPT should cover general needs very well, though ;)
