You get to know how to dance only if you go to parties at clubs and watch others for 1-2 mins, untill you get the idea and start moving by yourself...
i honestly think you have to be born with it, but maybe i'm sayin' that cuz i can't dance for sh*t. no wait, i think you have to be born with it.
