Windows getting hung

I have a Ryzen TR machine built on which i have installed windows 10.
But after some time of activity, the machine gets hung, nothing works. The only option I have at that point in time is to reboot.

This is a persistent issue, is anyone aware of this issue on Ryzen machines ?

To the point, get on a real OS.

Sounds like a driver problem, but in the event of a complete freeze, you won't have a crash dump to give a straightforward clue as to what's failing. I'd start by checking the event log.
