Account status still doesn't make nzb's visible

Oke, so I've hit the 20 post count marker and as far as I can see my account meets the requirements;

But, my rank stays 'member' and not 'poster' with 20 posts and registered longer then 30 days ago.
I do have access to the mentioned sections but still don't see the nzb button (main screen or per thread).

I refreshed cache after logging out, even logged in on different devices (Apple ipad/iphone) etc. etc...

Still.. nothing.
Either the information is old/incorrect or the back-end settings aren't correctly set to this post/screenshot?

And... the button appeared. :rolleyes:
