Sorry I am new to all this, what benefits does an invite provide?
It affords you access to a private BitTorrent tracker site which is by invite only.
With such an invite, you can gain membership and access to their content using a a BitTorrent client to download from peer-to-peer via other members from that site.
It is expected that once you get the download that you will share it out ("seed" it) from your machine for a period of time to maintain an acceptable leech-to-seed share ratio.
