They're website has been down and probably is still down because of IRC fan hackers that are DOS attacking it.
Anyways I still have copies of the install file+keygen!

First thing i scanned over the thousands of connected IRC channles was GTA Vice City awhile ago..
got both ISOs in less than 2 hours.. worked great.

Be careful using this - a lot of servers will disconnect/ban you for using it.
