Why not - the principle is no different.
So if K++ hashes are allowed, there is no reason for E-Donkey stuff not to be posted as well. Or any other network for that matter.
The legal arguments are no different.
As long as we make sure that the closed ESV shit is kept away from here. It is the only p2p system (of which I am aware) which I have absolutely no trust for.
