.iso Files

I'm sure this has been asked before,but I do not remember the answer.

How do you get a file like "MS_StreetsandTrips_2003_Disk1.iso" to work ??

A .iso file is a CD image, so you need to either burn it to a CD first, or extract it with WinISO or ISObuster to your hard drive, then run it from there.
