I've seen this before, some art exhibit whereby a puppet and social interactions show something about the obligations of men and sex, or something.

I think the fat dude symolizes the male at orgasm, the man behind the woman is society forcing it's structures on the woman, the woman symbolizes..ugh...women, the guy behind the puppet is society forcing itself on man, the puppet symbolizes man, and the milk symbolizes strong bones to make you big and strong, or cum.
