i cant connect to kazaa because of blocked ports how can i connect then ??

Try changing your port # under options (k lite k++ optins then under the firewall tab try changing the port #.
Being your on a campuss many admin. set it so you can;t connect to p2p networks so you don't slow down your schools network.
