i listen to some good synthpop like Depeche Mode , Red Flag and many other things(like good trance techno) just to get the adrenalin pumping before i go to Jeet Kune Do training or heavy metal it depends only by my mood :D B) B)
and many other genres in music (and i mean many different genres)
Try some good aggressive hip hop (if it's a physical sport)
