What can i use to find out the speed of my connection.

go do a test at somewhere like the bandwidth place.

What is 1.7 megabits in Kilobytes?

1.7 * 1024 = 1740.8

1,700,000 bits (1.7Mb) divided by 8(1 byte) =212,500 bytes (212.5kB) ;)

I did like 5 tests i found on google and all of them said over or around 1.5 MB :o
