Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me with this problem, whenever I start Nod32 to scan a file I get this error in blue text in the dialog box:
Error occured while scanning MBR sector of the 3. physical disk. Error reading sector
Does anyone know what this means and what I can do to remedy the problem? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks :helpsmile:

It so have you formatted the h/drive yet ?
The Master Boot Record has errors :o
You seem quite new to this, so the best solution is to backup your data and re-format the drive. You can also try to fix it, but there is a risk you might end up losing all your data.
