What do you guys think about this digital camera: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.gsp...%3A3959%3A47602
Is it a good camera for the price? Does anybody here own one? How good of quality pictures does it take? Does it take pretty good quality video?
-
5 Megapixels are great quality pictures.
Not sure about the camera though.
Try Google.
-
I googled it and read some reviews and they sounded pretty good. Does anybody here have this camera or something pretty similar to it that could give me some opinions?
-
Its got 90 days labour and 1 year parts warranty.
If you don't like it within the first few days of buying it, keep the receipt and take it back.
Oh yeah, Sony is a good make. So if you can afford it, looks pretty good to me!
-
Yeah sony makes great cams from what I hear. Thats a low price for a 5 Megapixel camera too. Looks good.
-
on cameras your best bet is a cannon, when I first saw this thread I thought you started another camcorder thread, http://members.cox.net/dodger1954/doh.gif
if you can save alittle more you can pick up a g5, I have seen some amazing pics with that, plus you can always add lenses and filters later on
-
you should try makeing your own decision :P
-
Yeah, if it does what you want it to, then buy it!

One thing to keep in mind is the memory stick that comes with all Sony products.
While it's great that these sticks are usuable across the entire Sony product range, they are also very expensive.
Myself, I opted for a Kodak digtal camera last year: the 3.1MP DX4330
Part of the Easyshare range, it's a piece of cake to set up and you get a wealth of extras, like the travel bag with extra batteries and recharger
The new 5.1 MP Easyshare cam is available with a really sweet printer dock/recharger...

My New Digital Camera just arrived. (Sony Cyber-shot 5.0mp DSC-P92).
Here is a picture I just took of me (bad hair day) for those of you who were wondering how good of quality of pictures it would take.
