I think that instead of 21 smileys distributed 7 x 3, 20 would be better 5 x 4, or even 25 5 x 5... (In the clickable smileys section).
Also, in the clickable smileys should only be included smileys with the same height and width, so it looks better, and some rows don't look bigger than others.
