Everytime I try to play a wmv file it plays too fast. I checked my settings of the speed control of media player and it is set to standard as always. Any idea how this can be fixed and what causes this? Thx in advance

Try different players and see if they work - I suggest Winamp for music, Videolan and BS Player for movies.
