I can't get evidence eliminator to work, when I use safe restart. it tells me that it is securing file directory structures in C:/ and then this error comes up.

Can someone help me with this problem? I contacted Evidence Eliminator but they told me they need the order code, but I didn't order it, I used a serial. Can someone help?

U may be able to fix that error with Norton Disk Doctor.

Where can I get Norton Disk Doctor? Is it on Norton Antivirus 2004 Pro or Norton Personal Firewall 2003? Can I download it?
