i just dl'ed hard boiled and it DID come with sub-titles. i'm using the bs player (like always for sub-titles), but it's not working to show my sub-titles. the movie came with
1. the movie
2. the sub-titles
and 3. an idx file
wtf is an idx file? that's prob why it's not working, but not sure. any help here? thx!

No idea, but then again I never use subs. I never seem to get the subs to syncronize with the talking..
u need VOB to use the IDX file. the idx automatically loads the subtitles for you but u need VOB. VOB should come with the latest kazaa lite codec pack.
And you can sychronize ur sub with the movie with the shift+right or left arrow key.
Do you have VobSub installed??
Make sure the filenames are the same except the extension:
moviename.avi & moviename.srt (and/or sub, smi, idx) ...
no, i don't have vob installed. never knew about it. so, it's in the new kazaa codec? any yeah, all file extensions match up. thx!
