I want to compress a video file with VirtualDub, so I open the video file with VD and choose my video, go to Video->Compression, choose DiVX 5.0.2 copression, and then want to save the file as AVI ... and get this error :frusty: :

Uninstall that crap, run "adaware" or "spybot search and destroy".
Then download the Kazaa Lite Codec pack v2.20 Full, and install it as it has the latest DivX codecs in it
