When I try to download something with mIRC it says something like this:

P.S.
I have succesfully sownloaded many files with mIRC (and IRCspy) and I never had problems downloading something.
You have a transfer pending. Set up your irc client to receive the file in the options menu.Quote:

well .. u r saying that u have successfully downloaded stuff before ..
but are u trying to resume or starting a new download ?
have u installed any new firewalls ?
