I've downloaded Monster as RAR files and extracted them into bins/cues format but when I use VCDGEAR355(with bins/cues > mpeg selected) it changes it into a cdfile, anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Yep I'd done that, what I hadn't done was right clicked the file and opened it with media player(it said the file type was unknown so I didn't bother trying it).
I can now play the film but it jumps(stops for a second) and the sound is totally out of sync!
Is there any other programmes that change bin/cue files to mpeg that you'd recommend?
same problem,no sound
Well, I take it you have a file.bin and a file.cue. And within these two files there is an mpeg file of which you want to make a vcd (or svcd). Is this right?
Well, if I'm right I advise you to get a program called Daemon Tools. With this program you get a virtual dvd-rom on your system. You can load this bin/cue file with Daemon tools into this virtual dvd-rom drive. You can then use a program like Nero to make a vcd or a svcd out of the mpeg file that is mounted in the virtual dvd-rom.
Problem solved.

Not quite, all I want to do is change the bins and cues into an mpeg. :)
Why don't you just actually burn the images to Disc
from thereyou can use a dvd copier to copy your vcd files to mpeg files
But the mpeg is inside the bin/cue files, is it not??? Then you only have to use Daemon tools, mount the bin/cue, go to the virtual dvd-rom and copy the mpeg onto you harddrive. After you've done this you can delete the bin/cue and the only thing you have left is the mpeg.Quote:

Tried that, it don't work, says there's a music file in the drive.
And what happens if you play he music file in, let's say, Windows Media Player???
