A couple claims that their four year old daughter was exposed to hard core pornography and are suing the video company Blockbuster.
They claim the material appeared for 10 minutes after the movie credits for "Home Alone 3" tape. Randy Hargrove of Blockbuster said that Blockbuster does not carry pornography.
"Unfortunately there are those rare instances when someone will abuse that privilege and damage one of our tapes," Mr. Hargrove said.
