Downloaded verified Battlefield 1942, burned image to cd, all seems fine.
Go to install and around 16% get the error message can't locate file data3.cab put in cd2 tried this but no luck.
Checked cd2 data3.cab is there but it dosen't seem to work.
Any ideas?

May be a courrpted file in the ISO or BIN file. I have the same problem and working to resolve it now. Things I've downloaded from the group FLT seem to be having that problem.

In my experience a lot of software through KL is stuffed, carries viruses, missing key files etc. Best to try and get them through verifieds if you can. If that won't give you any sorces at least you will see what file size to look out for.

Use CDMage to repair the image. ;)
