Ok, for organizing (well I use it as a Windows Explorer substitute since it's SO good) I recommend ACDSee Classic (2.43). Can't remember how it prints, but I think it can print the way you want, jamez :)

Never go with 5.0. It's full of stuff you don't need, and it's sloooooooooooooow.
