Wav To Mp3

Can anyone recommend a good WAV to MP3 encoder? The one I downloaded wanted to install spyware on my computer... ick. Thanks in advance! :D

Use gold wave. Download LAME. Put the stuff in the gold wave folder. open wav file. save as mp3. there
