Msn Messanger

i was using MSN MESSANGER 4.7 then i downloaded version 6.1 and instaled it but now both are installed, how do remove 4.7

Windows messenger and MSN messenger are completely seperated..
Windows messenger is installed by default on XP.

but my norton antivurus thought it was a malicious script


i suppose it is if it takes away registry files.
