I dont like tweaking programs so I generally do my own tweaks. For the curious one's out there.

To rename recycle bin- Open NotePad and copy the following
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTCLSID{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}ShellFolder]
"Attributes"=hex:50,01,00,20
"CallForAttributes"=dword:00000000
- Save as "recycle.reg" with quotes
- right click... merge...
- now goto the bin and change its name!
