well it seems im only ever downloading a file at 16 kbs or below that amount which is pretty frustrating when im downloading a 560mb file im using abc client and have been downloading torrents etc for over a month. everybody else is saying there always getting speeds that are like 50+ kbs and there on the same speed broadband as me (600k broadband) so is it just me having my usuall luck :lol: or what

Have you set up your firewall and router for the ports 6881-6999, which bittorrent uses.

oh by the way, i also dont usually get great upload speeds either, my upload speeds are usuall 2 kbs faster 7 kbs max
