I was wondering if there is a database with the ip ranges that I can paste into my peerguardian file that K-lite 2.4.3 automatically installed into my program.
Or is there another method to updating my blocked ip ranges for 2.4.3?

you can update it from pg or you can update your klite.
try k-lite2.6 or klr.0.0.7 you can find them both here, you 2.4.3 is missing some other updates also
but what if I don't want to update my k-lite? I like 2.4.3 the way it is going.
Download the latest banned ip updater from Aldos Site and place it your installation directory. Change the URL to the location of the pgipdb.Quote:

Or alternatively you can update your tools (inc the banned IP updater) and KLE extensions using KL Update

Quite similar tho but 2.44 IP Blocking with Peerguardian Update works. I have 2.43 installed but lately it doesn't anymore update its IP Blocking, unlike 2.44. So i changed to 2.44. :)

It's the same thing, just updated tools.
Yup, thats right! :P
I think without question one of the best update tools out there is Bluetacks Blocklist Manager, works with most of the popular p2p applications...
