Can anyone recommend a good easy to use video editor, one that is as easy to use as Windows Movie Maker, but has the feature to save files in an MPG format, not that idiotic WMV <_< it doesn't have to have many features, just some basic ones like adding titles and cutting...

VirtualDubMod and VirtualDub might help you.

Adobe Premiere is just that.

Indeed. For how much again?
OH, that's right, $700.00. That's nothing.
Not when you have a good P2P app by your side. ;)

Premier is confusing as hell to me

Premiere... I have it, but I don't have any big projects to do anyway....
So, VirtualDub may be the way to go for simple, easy editing. It also supports plug-ins. Completely free, and no need to really install anything.
Premiere is excellent, but isn't an everyday application unless you're a pro in the need for some very powerful features.

I tried VirtualDub, but it doesn't let me save the output file as MPEG, just AVI and some other formats...
And that Adobe Premiere is way... to complicated, I need something as easy as Windows Movie Maker...
Isn't there any program that lets you save it as a MPEG or just in the same format as the input file?

This may help.

Premier is really hard (but great to learn with). I reccomend Cyberlink PowerDirector 3. The best thing about PowerDirector3 is that it is RenderLESS!

Thanks, PowerDirector is great, it's easy to use, stable and has got a lot of great features...
