Are the chances of getting snagged by the RIAA more or less likely when using Kazaa Lite?What can someone do if they are snagged?It's no one's business what people do with their song files.

yes, and the manufacuter's could always come after me.
but, for the moment they seem very comfortable just sending letters and not sueing.
