Serious Problem

I know that some of you may laugh, but I am sincere in asking for help with something. This is really not a joke and it really hurts. Last week, I discovered what seemed to be a pimple on the underside of my penis. 4 days have gone by, and it has been hurting me more and more. It got bigger and looks like a pimple, as it has a white head, but it is extremely painful when i try to pop it. I dont know what to do about it. I am only 14 and never had any kind of sex in my life. Is it cancer? I am really worried, so could someone please give me a straight answer, as I am too embarassed to see a doctor about it or talk with my parents about it. I am worried. Please help.

if it is an ingrown hair, will it go away in like a week?

sometimes they bust on there own sometimes they grow backwards then it might devolp to a siss which is bad...so i say jus be a man and deal wid the pain and pop the thing it won't hurt for long ....trust me i had 1 before cuz i shave down there
