i was just wondering if insulting people with big words is more effective than just plain derogatory strings?
for example, which is more hurtful:
"Shut your mouth, you semantics-talking, son of a bitch"
or
"Shut the fuck up, you cock-schmoking, fag packet"

I find the more eloquent insults tend to be wasted on their targets.
"Shut it, scum, one day my taxes will be paying for your giro" is a prime example - the bastards actually take pride in it.

No, it worked quite well on the neds at school, they really do feel quite happy about it. You can even get away with substituting "giro" with "prison cell", because it makes them feel like they're hard.

You can use the biggest words in the world but if the guy you say them to still flattens you it really makes no difference :lol: :lol:
