Queued

i havent used kazaa in awhile but i tried to download a movie.. but it wont download and freezes..when i log back on the download that i was trying to download is queued..and stays that way it'll switch to connect but it wont..can anybody help me out?

I don't know shit but may be it's a fire wall or server/proxy prob if your on a network at a business or public/goverment institution or a Kazaa option filter tab problem/mis-setting it's used for parental guidence and the like.
