Can you tell me what the difference is between normal games and those games which have gone Platinum.
For some reason when i used Action Replay Max on smackdown HCTP (Platinum) version the codes dont work.
I also have final fantasy X platinum and was wondering whether the final fantasy cheat cd which i am going to purchase will work on this version.

Basically its because they have sold alot and bin out for awhile. THe reason the codes dont work is beacause the are a different "version" of the game. They dont make it exactly the same but there may not be any noticable differences.
I know in Socom, they had several different version, just to try to keep cheaters from cheating.
