Is There A Vid Player That Has Slow Motion Feature

Im looking for a player like this so I can slow down basketball and fighting videos to get a better look, I cant seem to find anything like this on media player or divx player and was wondering if anyone knew of a good software that does this?

PowerDVD also has a slow-mo feature, as well as a frame-by-frame stepping button.

It plays more formats then just DVD so, you should be able to use it for most video clips.

hmmm. the frame by frame stepping sounds pretty good, I got VLC player which does slow mo maybe Ill get this one too

doesnt almost all players have slow motion ? like an option to play it at 1x, 2x, 4x, 1/2x, 1/4x etc.
